Pass Usage and Transferability
The 10-session pass is issued exclusively for the registered participant. Passes cannot be transferred to another person, except for immediate family members (e.g., siblings, parents/guardians living in the same household). Any other transfers are prohibited.
Lost or Misplaced Pass
In the event the pass is lost or misplaced, the participant/parent must present the original purchase receipt and speak directly with a club agent to request a replacement. Replacement passes will be issued at the club’s discretion after verification.
Passes without accompanying receipts or proof of purchase will not be replaced.
Pass Presentation for Sessions
The physical pass must be presented at every camp session check-in.
Failure to present the physical pass onsite will require the participant to pay the session fee directly at the time of attendance. Use of the pass without physical presentation is not permitted.
Session Validity and Expiration
Sessions must be used within the same calendar year as the date of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will expire and will not be refunded or extended.
Non-Refundable
The 10-session pass is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or credit refunds will be given for unused sessions.
Behavior and Code of Conduct
Use of the pass is contingent upon adherence to our Volleyball Club Code of Conduct. The club reserves the right to suspend or revoke pass privileges for inappropriate behavior by participant or parent/guardian.
Pass Sharing Misuse
Any misuse or fraudulent use of the pass, including unauthorized transfers or duplication, may result in immediate forfeiture of the pass without refund.
