Former China national team setter Former Chinese Women’s National team coach, and help team won 1996 Atlanta Silver medal in the Games of the XXVI Olympiad. Jing’s coaching experience is over 25 years. and stretches to college where he was a part of 3 NCAA appearances, won the ACC Conference in 2007, and won the NJCAA National Championship in 1997，2000. As a college coach worked at Kennesaw State University, Clemson University, University of South Carolina, College of Southern Idaho, St. Louis University. From 2013 to 2023 Jing as head coach worked in A5 volleyball club, got 2016 AVCA 12’s Club Coach of the Year and 2020 AVCA 17’s Club Coach of the Year award.
